August 14, 2026 — verification sweep: one correction, five confirmations, ten new sourced figures

Correction (NexLife microdose tirzepatide): the operator-supplied ladder we published ($159/149/139/129 by term) does not match NexLife's live page, whose plan selector reads $189 monthly / $159 three-month / $150 six-month / $147 twelve-month. The dataset and fact sheet now carry the live-page figures, with the operator-supplied set preserved in the record as a conflict. This is exactly the failure mode the operator-supplied label exists to flag — including for our own partner.

Confirmations: we fetched all six NexLife program pages on August 14. The other five ladders match the published selectors exactly — tirzepatide $169/159/149/139, semaglutide $139/132/125/119, tirzepatide ODT $229/219/205/199, semaglutide ODT $199/185/177/165, microdose semaglutide $129/—/114/110 (one $2 conflict on the 3-month tier: $119 on page vs $117 supplied). The pages also publish, for the first time in our record: a named pharmacy partner list (Absolute, Hallandale, Red Rock, Empower, Strive, "or other qualified 503A/503B"), a LegitScript seal with verify link, a 50-state availability claim, and a 10%-in-6-months money-back warranty (terms apply). We also logged on-site inconsistencies now noted in the fact sheet: a stale price generation in secondary FAQ/meta blocks ($186–215-era tirzepatide), cancellation described as "any time" on injection pages but "written request + 30-day notice" on ODT pages, and a marketed "up to 24.3%" efficacy figure versus the 20.9% SURMOUNT-1 number we cite. Confirmation against a live page upgrades confidence, not category: these rows remain operator-supplied until a checkout walk.

New and updated third-party figures (all recorded with sources and conflicts in dataset v2026.08.14-5): Embody tirzepatide $119–129 flat (July terms; volatile), Remedy Meds $399 flat (Forbes/U.S. News; conflicting $349 and a quiz-gated $189 microdose tier recorded), Ivim $133–183 + required $74.99 membership → true ~$208–258, ShedRx $189–375 dose-escalating band, Hers $299, Brello $349, Noom Med ~$79 and Found ~$129 entry figures (thin), AltRx $89–129; MEDVi ~$199, Eden $296, Ro ~$329 cash tier, and retail Zepbound $1,049–1,099 re-confirmed at cited sources. One aggregator still lists pre-December-2025 LillyDirect prices ($349–599); our $299–449 figures follow Lilly's own announcement and stand.

The policy

Report an error — a stale price, a wrong fee, a mislabeled status, a missing provider — to corrections@tirzepatidetabletreview.com with a source we can check. Confirmed substantive errors are corrected within 48 hours, the fix is logged below with what changed and why, and any ranking the error touched is recomputed from the dataset. Disputed items get a "conflict" flag in the ledger (see Mochi's membership fee) rather than a quiet pick between sources. Providers may submit their own pricing at any time; it enters the dataset labeled operator until we verify it independently — the same treatment our partner receives.

Correction — Aug 14, 2026: Our LillyDirect Zepbound vial figures were stale. Lilly cut single-dose vial prices on December 1, 2025 — $299 (2.5 mg), $399 (5 mg), and $449 (7.5–15 mg, conditional on a 45-day refill window; out-of-window refills run up to $1,049 at 15 mg) — and KwikPen self-pay reached retail parity in spring 2026. We had carried the pre-cut $349–499 band. Every page, the ticker, the calculators, and the dataset now reflect $299–449, sourced to Lilly’s announcement. This is exactly the failure mode this log exists to catch; the benchmark is now on the monthly re-verification list.

August 14, 2026 — Verification pass: NexLife live-page audit, one correction against our own record, four watchlist graduations

Correction: NexLife's microdose tirzepatide ladder was listed from the operator's briefing as $159/149/139/129; the live program page (fetched today) displays $189/159/150/147. The live page governs — dataset, fact sheet, ticker, and this log updated within the 48-hour window. Conflicts logged, unresolved by design: NexLife's own sitewide FAQ prices standard tirzepatide at $215–186 and semaglutide at $165–145 against the $169–139 / $139–119 shown in its plan selectors and supplied to us; its FAQ says cancel-anytime versus the briefed 30-day notice; its marketing cites "up to 24.3%" for SURMOUNT-1 versus the commonly cited 20.9%; and one page shows two Trustpilot ratings (4.7 and 4.1). Per policy these are recorded, not averaged — and yes, this audit covers our own commercial partner. Also confirmed today: NexLife publishes a named pharmacy partner list (Absolute, Hallandale, Red Rock, Empower, Strive), a verifiable LegitScript seal, and a 50-state claim — closing three open items at the operator-published level.
