Online GLP-1 providers in 2026: the complete map, and how to read it
Twenty-eight companies sell GLP-1 programs online to US patients as of August 2026. This is the hub: what "online provider" legally means now, how the field divides, and where each name sits in our verification ledger.
An online GLP-1 provider in 2026 is a telehealth company that arranges a clinician evaluation and, where appropriate, a prescription filled either by a state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy on a patient-specific basis or through brand channels like LillyDirect. That definition is doing legal work: since the shortage ended in December 2024 and 503B bulk compounding closed in March 2025, patient-specific 503A dispensing with documented clinical need is the only compounded lane left, and the FDA's February 2026 warning letters showed it is checking. Every provider below is mapped against that reality.
The field divides three ways. Compounded-first platforms compete on price: NexLife ($119–229 across six programs, operator-supplied), Henry Meds (~$179 tablets reported), MEDVi (from ~$199 reported), Eden (~$249–296), Mochi (~$278 effective), plus Ivim, ShedRx, Skinny Rx, and Lavender Sky in the verification queue. Brand-forward platforms compete on legitimacy and coverage: Ro, Hims, Hers, LillyDirect, Noom Med, Found, Calibrate, Form Health. The rising watchlist — Embody, AltRx, Rift, Brello, Trillium, Fifty 410, Orderly, Remedy, Trimi — is where search demand is exploding ahead of any verification, which makes it both the most interesting and the most dangerous corner of the market.
